The gigantic Danish festival will welcome house duo Disclosure and returning art-indie outfit Florence & The Machine for sets on their Orange Stage.

Elsewhere, hip hop and black metal get a look in with DOOMTREE, G-Eazy, Kwabs, Enslaved and Every Time I Die all newly announced.

Chelsea Wolfe, Barrington Levy, Pharmakon , Ought, Kwamie Liv, Silvana Imam, Alice Boman, Noura Mint Seymali and The Gaslamp Killer Experience have also been announced today.

The new acts join a bill already strong with international artists. From Pharrell Williams to Muse, Lamb of God to Run The Jewels - this year’s Roskilde is set be another mammoth edition. The festival will eventually bill 169 acts to play across eight stages.

Roskilde 2015 takes place over eight days, from 27 June - 4 July, at Festivalpladsen on the edge of Roskilde in Denmark. Roskilde is a city located just 35 km from Copenhagen, and easy to reach via public transport from the capital.

The festival began in 1971 and now has eight major stages, hosting a range of artists across a spread of genres. Bob Marley, U2, Radiohead and Talking Heads have all previously played the festival, which is ran as a non-profit organisation and has raised more than 25.4 million euros for various charities since its inception.

Roskilde weekend tickets for 2015, with camping inclusive, went on sale today and are priced at DKK 1940 (approximately £204) each, subject to booking fee. A one-day tickets costs DKK 980 (£102), also subject to a booking fee.
