Childish Gambino is only 30-years-old but already balancing careers in both stand-up comedy and rap. Having starred in NBC series Community and written for 30 Rock, he arrives at V Festival under the Childish Gambino moniker with two albums to his name, including the 2013 release 'Because the Internet', which featured guest appearances from Chance the Rapper, Jhene Aiko and Azealia Banks.

Tinie Tempah, Cee Lo Green, John Martin, Pixie lott, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Vance Joy and Chloe Howl have also been announced for V Festival today.

Josh Record, Jess Glynne, Icona Pop, Howling Bells, Becky Hill and To Kill A King complete the 14 new additions. They join headliners Justin Timberlake and The Killers, plus Lily Allen, Rudimental, Chase & Status, Kaiser Chiefs, Elbow and many more over the two twinned festival sites.

V Festival 2014 takes place from Saturday 16 - Sunday 17 August at both Hylands Park, Chelmsford in Essex and Weston Park, Weston-under-Lizard, Staffordshire.

V Festival tickets are on sale now, priced at £189 plus £10.95 booking fee for a weekend camping, or £165 plus £10.15 booking fee without camping. Day tickets are also available now, priced at £89 plus a £8.90 booking fee.
