Wakestock, or Wakestock Gwyl y Môr as it's better known to locals, in North Wales has just announced a new wave of acts for its 15th edition.

BBC Sound of 2014 nominee Chloe Howl, funk and soul man Craig Charles and electro duo Arkon Fly all join a Wakestock line-up that already includes Tom Odell, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Razorlight, John Newman and Clean Bandit.

Josh Record, Lynx and Jimi Needles complete the new additions for Wakestock which returns to its grassland site overlooking Cardigan Bay and the Snowdonia Mountain Range in Penrhos, Pwllheli, Wales from 11-13 July.

Wakestock will have three large music stages, a number of smaller stages, extensive camping areas, parking onsite, a funfair, market stalls and promises loads of activities and workshops for festival fans on site.

Wakestock tickets are on sale now and priced at £140 plus a £11 booking fee for a weekend with camping, arriving Friday. Arriving Thursday night the ticket is higher, at £150 and subject to a £13 booking fee.

VIP packages, quiet camping and female-only camping tickets are also available, with local residents getting a discount on all ticket types.
