European Festival Awards 2013 finalists revealed

The winners will be announced on Wednesday January 15 2014, during the opening day of Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen, The Netherlands.

The awards recognised 360 festivals from 34 different countries and received a record 620,000 votes. James Drury, MD of Festival Awards Ltd, said: "This has been a record-breaking year for the European Festival Awards and the hardest-fought competition we’ve had. There have been so many wonderful festivals involved from across Europe and it’s testament to the passion of the festival-goers that there has been such a level of engagement. I can’t wait to reveal the winners at the awards ceremony on 15th January."

Amongst the many finalist there's recognition for a handful of UK festivals, including Glastonbury, Latitude, Bestival and Shambala festival.
