Dominic Butler and Mark Yardley, better known as Stanton Warriors, have become stalwarts of the breakbeat and big bass scene the world over and in recent years become synonymous with Glastonbury Festival, and its iconic Glade Stage. The electro duo have also played the West Dance stage and it's currently unclear which stage they will be playing in 2014. The band made the announcement on their Facebook page at 16:51 yesterday (Oct 13) with this following statement:

"Glastonbury Festival (official) 2014 is a go! It will be our 10th anniversary of playing there : )"

Tickets to Glastonbury Festival 2014 sold out in record time earlier this month, beating the one hour and 40 minute sale period set last October.

It is now tradition for a select few acts to confirm themselves for Glastonbury Festival ahead of the official announcement, expected in April, however all self-confirmations are unconfirmed until the festival has officially made their announcement.

Those lucky enough to have got tickets now have to wait until the first week of April in 2014 when the remaining ticket balances of £160 plus a £5 booking fee will be due for both Uk and international buyers. The re-sale date is usually in late April and is expected to be announced for either April 20th or 27th in 2014.

Glastonbury Festival 2014 will take place from 25-29 June on Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset.
