Witnness: new acts added!

Top Irish artists The Frames, Damien Rice, Gemma Hayes and Turn take on UK rising rock stars, Hundred Reasons and acclaimed Jimmy Eat World (from Arizona Texas) as the latest list of artists sign up for this year's Witnness festival.

The new acts further demonstrate the quality and diversity of music at Witnness that currently has fans busy planning ahead for one of the best summer gigs. Rising artists will get the chance to perform alongside an eclectic group of the world's finest musical talent including Oasis, Prodigy, Basement Jaxx, Chemical Brothers, Primal Scream, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Badly Drawn Boy, Gomez and No Doubt.

Witnness 2002 takes place on 13th & 14th July at Fairyhouse Racecourse, County Meath, about 10 miles outside Dublin.
