Wretch 32 will join Wiley and Devlin in headlining the BBC Radio 1xtra Stage at the twinned festivals this August Bank Holiday weekend. 28-year-old Wretch 32, born Jermaine Scott Sinclair, had three top-five charting songs from his debut album 'Black and White', which amassed over a million record sales.

Sheffield born producer and DJ Toddla T will bring his full Sound System show to play the Friday (August 23) at Reading Festival and Saturday at Leeds Festival, with other new additions P Money, Stylo G, Nathan Flutebox Lee & The Clinic, Murkage, and Left Boy.

New York rapper Action Bronson has been making some waves in the US, where he most recently turned heads at Coachella Festival, and will join the Radio 1xtra line-up on Saturday (August 24) at Reading and Sunday at Leeds. Giggs, Broke’N'£nglish, Etta Bond, DJ Semtex, Lunar C, and Mic Righteous have also been announced to play on the day that will be topped by fresh-faced grime talent Devlin.


The bill for the 1xtra Stage at Reading on Sunday (August 25) and Leeds on Friday (August 23) will be topped by Wretch 32 and feature performances from Angel Haze, MC Dynamite, Mikill Pane, Ghostpoet, David Rodigan MBE and Knytro.

Green Day, Eminem and Biffy Clyro will headline the twinned festivals, which also both feature Chase and Status, System Of A Down, Foals, Skrillex, Alt-J, Phoenix, Nine Inch Nails, Fall Out Boy and Azealia Banks.


Reading Festival 2013 will take place on Richfield Avenue, Reading from 23-25 August 2013 with access to the campsite from Thursday 22nd August and early entry access from Wednesday 21st. Leeds Festival 2013 will take place in Bramham Park, Wetherby, Leeds over the same weekend with similar early access arrangements.

Reading Festival weekend tickets and Leeds Festival weekend tickets are available now, priced at £202.50 plus an £8 booking fee. Day tickets are available for £90 plus a £7 booking fee.

Additional to these tickets, early entry tickets are available for £15.
