Welsh ragga-rock outfit Skindred will bring dancehall fever to the Main Stage of Reading Festival on Friday 23 August and Leeds Festival on Saturday 24 August.

Lower Than Atlantis, Bury Tomorrow and We Are The In Crowd have also been announced for the Main Stage line-up.

Frightened Rabbit, Fidlar, Kodaline, Tribes and AlunaGeorge join the NME/Radio 1 Stage line-up, headlined by Skrillex, Alt-J and Phoenix.

The newly expanded three day BBC Radio 1 Dance Stage now welcomes new additions Fenech-Soler, Friction, Clean Bandit, Is Tropical, Jagwar Ma, Willy Moon, Redlight, Night Works, Big Black Delta, Dillion Francis, Fred V & Grafix, Bondax and Robert DeLong.

The cult status afforded to The Lock Up Stage looks set to continue as patrons Alkaline Trio return to headline in 2013, alongside The Bronx, The Living End, Sick Of It All, Cerebral Ballzy, King Prawn, The Computers, and newly reformed New York legends Quicksand.

A new addition to the three day festivals will be the Rock Stage, a one day event on Sunday 25 at Reading and Friday 23 at Leeds. Shikari Sound System, an electronic alter-ego of the British band Enter Shikari, will headline the Rock Stage, and the band released this statement:

"Expect re-worked Enter Shikari tracks along with classic remixes and new surprises. Expect eerie live electronics and tent-peg-dislodging baselines. Expect a tour through many dance tempos and electronic genres that have been a constant inspiration to our band's sound. Combining both live instruments and percussion with dub-plate wizardry, this is one for the skankers, the steppers, the movers and the shakers."

Funeral for a Friend, Gallows, And So I Watch You From Afar and Crossfaith are also new additions to the Rock Stage, with many more still to be announced.

Elsewhere on the Festival Republic Stage a new wave of acts, including Lucy Rose, Tim Burgess, Crystal Fighters, Kate Nash, Surfer Blood, Pure Love, The Jim Jones Revue and Spector.

Reading Festival 2013 will take place on Richfield Avenue, Reading from 23-25 August 2013 with access to the campsite from Thursday 22nd August and early entry access from Wednesday 21st.
