Bloc Party, more added to the Isle of Wight Festival 2013 line-up

Jake Bugg, Bloc Party, Fun, The Script, Paloma Faith, The Maccabees and Imperial Teen are just some of the array of new acts announced to play the festival, which takes place from 13-16 June 2013 at Seaclose Park, Newport on the Isle of Wight.

Ellie Goulding, Happy Mondays, Bonnie Raitt, The Farm, Blondie and Republica have also been announced for the Isle of Wight Festival line-up.

The Stone Roses were the first headliner to be announced for the island festival next June, and were followed by Bon Jovi, who headline the Saturday night of the festival. A Sunday night headliner is still to be announced.

Paloma Faith said about the announcement: "So excited to return to one of my favourite music festivals this year and hope the sun shines as beautifully as it did when I last played"

Blondie said: “Oh the Isle of Wight Festival is one of the best and most famous Festivals in the world.  Can't wait to play it again this coming summer, 2013.  Blondie plays Isle of Wight, 2013, YEAH!”

Isle of Wight Festival tickets are on sale now, priced at £185 plus booking fee for a weekend with camping, £170 plus booking fee for a weekend without camping and day tickets are on sale at £75 plus booking fee. Child discounts, car park and campervan tickets are also available.
