Bestival takes place from 5-8 September 2013 on Robin Hill Country Park, Isle of Wight.

Bestival have revealed 'HMS Bestival' as their theme and hope all the fans will jump onboard with the idea and salute the island festival.

HMS Bestival skipper Rob da Bank said: “All the nice girls love a sailor and all the boys love a mermaid. Think deckhands, anchors, beach parties, Moby Dick, tattooed ladies, Titanic, shipwrecks, Hawaii, Treasure Island, rum bars in scuzzy ports, message in a bottle, the crow’s nest, sea legends, monster breakers and tall tales of life on the ocean waves. Nautical but nice! There’s no better time to join the good ship HMS Bestival and our trusty crew of merrimakers than now with Crimbo approaching, so get your Golden Early Bird Tickets and prepare to set sail me hearties!”

To mark their 10th anniversary on Thursday 5th September, Rob da Bank and The Cuban Brothers will host a night of banging party tunes.

There was a wildlife theme for Bestival this year and previously themes have included 'Rock Stars, Pop Stars and Divas' and 'Out Of Space'.

Florence and the Machine, New Order and Stevie Wonder headlined the festival this year but so far no acts have been confirmed for 2013.
