Green Day are third headliner confirmed for Rock Werchter 2013
Band join Blur and Rammstein on Belgian line-up

The pop-punk trio from California, USA formed in 1987 and broke in the nineties with their smash third album 'Dookie' which spawned hits 'Basket Case' and 'When I Come Around'.
German metallers Rammstein and Britpop icons Blur have already been announced for the
four day festival, which typically includes a line-up across three stages each day.
Rock Werchter 2013 takes place from Thursday 4 July - Sunday 7 July
in Werchter, Belgium. The festival site is approximately 30km from Brussels and 15km from Leuven.
More than 140,000 festival goers from all around the world went to the sold-out Rock Werchter over the four days of the
festival in 2012. The line-up included The Cure, Justice, Blink 182, Mumford
and Sons, Kasabian, Snow Patrol, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Florence
& The Machine.

tickets will go on sale as from Friday November 2nd.
Green Day were confirmed earlier today for Pinkpop 2013.
