Weather Watch: Bingley Music Live and End Of The Road

Chris Eustace - 30 August 2012

It’ll be a sunny, if chilly, start to Bingley Music Live, with temperatures on Friday peaking at 16C in the early afternoon, after which it’ll turn increasingly cloudy, with a chance of some light rain in the early evening, which should hopefully pass in time for The Charlatans to round off the festival’s first day.

While Saturday will be cloudy with some light winds blowing around, it’s likely to remain dry too, with highs of 19C in the early evening and a clear night for Razorlight’s headline set in prospect.

While there’ll be cloud and a slight chance of rain on Sunday morning, this should subside later on for a dry, warm and bright afternoon and evening, setting things up nicely for Nero to close the event.

End of The Road Festival will have a similarly bright and cool start on Friday, when Beach House will top the bill, with things staying sunny after late afternoon when cloud will start to move in, with highs of 16C.

It’ll be generally cloudy with a few bright spells on Saturday as Grizzly Bear headline, but things should stay rain-free.

A cloudy start to Sunday will turn to scattered showers and bright spells for a time in the afternoon. However, a sunny, warm evening with highs of 19C is also on the cards for when Grandaddy take to the stage.
