Public Enemy and DJ Shadow to headline Freeze Festival 2012
Legends to headline London music, ski and snowboarding fest

DJ Shadow will headline the Main Stage at the event on Friday 26 October, while hip-hop legends Public Enemy, whose ‘Harder Than You Think’ provides the soundtrack to Channel Four's acclaimed 'Meet The Superhumans' Paralympic campaign, will do the honours the day after on Saturday 27 October.
35,000 people are expected to attend when the he UK's only ski, snowboarding and music festival returns to London’s Battersea Power Station for a fifth year.
More hip-hop royalty is set to appear as Grandmaster Flash is also confirmed to play, as are A-YO!, a new electronic music project headed by Mark Ronson and Zane Lowe.
Stanton Warriors, DJ E-Z, Snatch The Wax, Swami Barracus, Riz MC, Smiler, and Astroid Boys are all on the this year’s line-up too, while Future Disco and Vagabondz will present performances by Wolfmusic, PBR Steetgang, The Beat Medics & Benny, Planas & Night Owl, Sean Bronson, Sloth Boogie, Dom Chung and Rattus Rattus.
More acts expected to be announced, plus world’s best skiers and snowboarders will also be jetting in for the international snowboarding and ski big air competitions.
Relentless Energy Drink Freeze Festival Tickets are onsale now, priced at £40 for a day pass, £65 for a season pass for both days, with a child’s day ticket at £20 and a child’s season ticket at £35.
