Soundwave Festival 2012 sells out

All tickets gone for the Croatian event...

De La Soul, Fink, DJ Yoda, Plaid and Ghostpoet are some of the main acts at the festival, which has moved to a new home at The Garden, in Tisno, Croatia, and will run this weekend, from 19-23 July.

Soundwave co-founders Rob Waller and Noah Ball said: “We are ecstatic that what has come to be known as 'Europe's most beautiful festival' has sold out in advance for the third year in a row. We are confident that this will be the best year yet!’

Also confirmed to play are the likes of Belleruche, Craig Charles, DJ Kentaro, Submotion Orchestra, Teebs, Kwes, Anchorsong, Hidden Orchestra, Kutmah, Mr Thing, Illum Sphere, Matthew Halsall, Dele Sosimi and DJ Cheeba.

Olugbenga from Metronomy will also be DJing at the event, with Alexander Nut, Funkineven, Olivier Daysoul, Jono McCleery, Eska, Stac, Danni Evans, Kidkanevil, Eliphino, Flako, Tanya Auclair and Om Unit also appearing.

Joining them on the bill are Scrimshire, Part Time Heros, Dom Servini, Homecut, Grilla, Souleance, Ayriya Astrobeat Arkestra, Riot Jazz and Danny Drive Thru.

Dr. Syntax & The Mouse Outfit, Renegade Brassband, DJ Chris Read, Spin Doctor, Rich Reason, Jonny Dub, Jon K Dougie Hastings, John Berkavitch, The Drop, Big Martyn and Mikey J are all set to play at the weekend as well.
