The nu-rave survivors replace Chiddy Bang, who have pulled out of the festivals due to US touring commitments.
HADOUKEN!, who release their new single ‘Bad Signal’ next month, will play on the NME/Radio 1 Stage at Reading on Friday 24 August and Leeds on Saturday 25 August.
As previously reported, The Cure, Kasabian and Foo Fighters will headline the twin events this August bank holiday.

Weekend tickets for both Reading and its sister site Leeds are still available, as are Friday and Saturday tickets for Reading and all three days for Leeds.
Sunday day tickets for Reading Festival are sold out.
Reading Festival 2012 takes place in Richfield Avenue, Reading on 24-26 August.
