Extra tickets for Elbow's Live at Jodrell Bank show

They'll go on sale on Tuesday morning...

The initial run of tickets for the Manchester band’s show in the grounds of the iconic Lovell Telescope in Cheshire, which takes place on Saturday 23 June, sold out in 90 minutes, but an extra allocation will be available from 9am on Tuesday 12 June.

Field Music, Cherry Ghost, Lianne La Havas and Willy Mason are confirmed to support Elbow on the day.

Meanwhile, tickets for Paul Weller’s Jodrell Bank gig the day after (Sunday 24 June) are also selling fast, with Graham Coxon, Gomez, Craig Charles Funk And Soul Club, Baxter Dury, Little Barrie and Jake Evans set to support.

Alongside his Funk and Soul DJ set, Craig Charles will be appearing for an exclusive Q & A ahead of the airing of the 10th series of Red Dwarf.

Live From Jodrell Bank day tickets are priced at £35 + £4.20 booking fee.

Ticketholders also get access to the on-site Discovery centre, and will be able to take part in experiments and workshops, and find out more about stargazing.

With only a handful of car park tickets left available, which must be purchased in advance, there are also coach and ticket packages available, and Live From Jodrell Bank is also working with liftshare website goCarShare this year.
