Green Man Festival adds more bands

New acts for 2012

Green Man 2012 have announced The Tallest Man On Earth who will be playing from his to-be-released new album, 'There's No Leaving No', while The Bees will also be making an appearance in the Black Mountains this year.

Also appearing will be John Leckie-produced alternative country-folk five-piece from London, AHAB, former Gorky’s member Richard James' Pen Pastwn, David McCaffrey, a 17-year-old singer/songwriter from York and all-girl harmonies from One Sixth Of Tommy.

Green Man Festival 2012 takes place in Glanusk Park, Usk Valley, Powys, in Wales from 17-19 August 2012.

Feist is confirmed to headline one of the nights at the event, with the likes of The Walkmen, Slow Club, Ghostpoet, Michael Kiwanuka, Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks, Tune-Yards, and Of Montreal also set to play.

More acts, including two more headliners are expected to be announced soon.

Green Man Festival tickets are on sale now priced at £145 (plus booking fee) for a weekend camping ticket.

Student, teen and child tickets are also available as well as holiday tickets, which allow festival-goers to camp three days ahead of the event beginning.
