Friendly Fires, more for RockNess Festival 2012

New acts on all days for the Scottish festival...

The Scottish festival, which takes place in Loch Ness on 8-10 June, has new performers for each of its three days.

Friday (8 June) sees The Drums, Dave Clarke, Mystery Jets, Admiral Fallow, Claude Von Stroke and Animal Farm added to the line-up. As previously reported, Mumford & Sons will headline the festival’s first night.

The View, Annie Mac, Jacques Lu Cont, The Rapture, Beardyman, Bastille and Porter Robinson are new for Saturday (9 June), when deadmau5 and Justice top the bill.

New additions for Sunday (10 June) are Friendly Fires, Tim Minchin, Kassidy, Mylo, Zane Lowe, Knife Party, Jakwob, The Cuban Brothers, Japanese Popstars, Lucy Rose, Little Comets, To Kill A King and The Draymin. Biffy Clyro headline that day.

Day tickets are also now available, priced at £59 for Friday, with Saturday and Sunday day tickets costing £64 each.

Organisers have also unveiled The RockNess Express - a specially chartered train that will depart from London Euston, picking up festival goers at Birmingham, Derby, York and Newcastle, before delivering the festival-goers to their final destination of Inverness.
