The US indie rockers, famed for seminal 2000 album ‘The Sophtware Slump’, split in 2006, but have now reformed for a select number of shows.
The headline slot at End Of The Road, which takes place at the Larmer Tree Gardens in Dorset on 31 August – 2 September, will be the band’s only UK festival appearance of the year.
The Deep Dark Woods, Dirty Beaches, Eagle and the Worm and Porcelain Raft complete the list of new names.
They all join the previously confirmed likes of Grizzly Bear, Midlake, Beach House, Tindersticks, Dirty Three, The Low Anthem, Anna Calvi, Villagers, Roy Harper, John Grant and The Antlers.
