Klaxons shelve Bilbao BBK Live appearance

Klaxons have withdrawn from all live commitments to concentrate on recording their new album, with rumoured collaborations including LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy and The Chemical Brothers.
The Kooks and Warpaint will play the festival on its Friday night, which Radiohead will headline, while Glasvegas join Saturday’s line-up.
This year the festival will be adding a third stage, meaning a host of additional acts, plus a third headliner, are expected to be confirmed shortly.
Bilbao BBK Live 2012 runs from 12-14 July in Kobetamendi, near Bilbao, Spain.
As previously reported, The Cure will headline the festival’s opening night on Thursday 12 July, with Snow Patrol, Band of Skulls, Lori Meyers, The Gift, and Tribes all set to play that day.
Noah and the Whale, Vetusta Morla and Zoe are the other confirmed acts for Friday, while Corizonas and The Inspector Cluzo and FB’s Horns will play on Saturday.
More bands are all still to be announced for all days.
Three-day passes are available now, priced at £88, with Thursday and Friday tickets onsale at £46.
