Dizzee Rascal tops Splendour 2012 line-up

Razorlight, Katy B, The Levellers among first acts

The one-day music festival will return to Wollaton Park, Nottingham on Saturday 21 July.

Razorlight, Katy B and The Levellers have also been announced for the Splendour Festival line-up.

Splendour Festival tickets 2012 will go on sale next week priced at £27.50 for adult city residents (with a valid Citycard), £15 for 11-17 year old city residents (with a valid Citycard 360), £27.50 for 11-17 year old non-city resident (with an NG postcode) and £37.50 standard entry.

It is free for all children 10 years and under.

The festival will team up with NUSIC.org.uk, who help young Nottinghamshire musicians get exposure and experience within the music industry, to run a competition for a local act to take the opening slot on the main stage at Splendour.

Details of how to enter will be available shortly.

Splendour will feature three live music stages and a comedy stage, which will be announced soon. 

There will also be entertainment for children, fairground rides, food and craft stalls and bars.
