The touring festival has taken place in New Zealand for 18 years. Organiser Ken West
said the factor of compounded stress associated with flying to NZ on a Friday and getting everyone back to the Gold
Coast for Sunday had attributed to the decision.
It was reported local New Zealand promoter for the show
Campbell Smith was emotional when announcing that costs were too high to keep bringing the festival to N.Z
without increasing the cost of tickets.
Tickets are available for 160 NZ$ with a 5 NZ$
transaction fee and 4 NZ$ postage fee.
