The American alt-rockers will play the Village Mentality Stage at the London event when it returns to Victoria Park on
2 June.
Other acts confirmed today (Friday) include VF
Ones To Watch Spector as well as Death Grips,
The Men, Zomby and Theme Park.
As reported previously, Franz Ferdinand will
headline the event with the likes of The Vaccines, Metronomy, Beirut,
Errors, SBTRKT,
Gold Panda and Andrew Bird also on the Field Day 2012 line-up.
Baxter Dury, Afrocubism, Here We Go Magic, Hudson Mohawke and Julio Bashmore have
also been confirmed for the one-day bash.
