Morrissey to headline Benicassim

Continuing on his triumphant comeback and general festival pilgrimage, Mozza has been confirmed to take centre stage on the Saturday night of the Spanish festival.

It is the first time Morrissey has ever played the festival, which takes place in northern Spain, around 80km from Valencia, between 5-8 August.

Franz Ferdinand, Kraftwerk, Lou Reed, and Kings Of Leon are among more than 100 acts already booked to play Benicassim.

Meanwhile, Morrissey will be headlining the Virgin Trains Move Festival in Manchester this weekend (8-11 July).

He has already played at the Glastonbury and Meltdown festivals since releasing his latest album 'You Are The Quarry'.
