Metronomy join Optimus Alive Festival 2012 line-up
More to play alongside Radiohead in Portugal

Joe Mount and Co. will join other new additions Mazzy Star on the bill for the final night of the event on 15 July, which, as
revealed last week, will be headlined by Radiohead.
Yesterday saw Florence & The Machine announced as
headliners for the event’s Saturday night (14 July).
Bands will start at 5pm on each day of the festival.
Optimus Alive 2012 takes place along the Tagus river in Lisbon, Portugal from 12–15 July 2012.

Alive tickets are available now at 2011 prices, £45 for a day ticket and £103 for three-day pass with camping,
or £89.10 without camping.
From 1 January 2012 tickets will increase in price, to £53 for a day tickets
and £105 for a three-day pass.

This year’s festival saw Coldplay, Foo Fighters, 30
Seconds To Mars and Jane’s Addiction all play, as the event celebrated its fifth birthday.
Since the festival
began in 2007, it has seen headline appearances from the likes of Faith No More, Pearl Jam, Rage Against The Machine, Metallica,
The Prodigy, and Deftones.
