Beach Break Live 2012 dates moved

Student music festival will now run from 14-18 June

The student music festival, which will return to Pembrey Country Park, Carmarthenshire in South Wales, will now take place from 14-18 June.

Beach Break Live bosses tweeted the update. They wrote: “Some rather exciting news. You now have to wait 7 less days for BBL 2012! We have brought the dates forward a week to the 14th-18th June.”

Beach Break Live tickets will go on sale early in the New Year.

No acts have been confirmed for the Beach Break Live line-up, but the first acts are expected to be announced either late February or early March 2012.

Last summer, Tinie Tempah, White Lies, Magnetic Man, Example, Katy B and Professor Green all played the Beach Break Live festival.

Beach Break Live is a boutique festival situated in Wales, alongside a stunning eight-mile beach and 500 acres of epic woodland.

Over four nights more than 20,000 like-minded students celebrate the end of the exams and school year with a festival built for party.

Virtual Festivals gave Beach Break Live 2011 an 8.5/10 review and said of it: "Beach Break Live doesn’t need to wait any longer for its results – it passed with flying colours."

Each year Beach Break Live give individuals the chance to earn themselves free tickets, and even cash by promoting the festival to friends.
