IOW Festival celebrates 10 years with special poster

Based on the 1970 festival's “drummer” poster, the 420mm x 594mm artwork features the name of every headliner from the last ten years.

Paul Weller, The Who, David Bowie, R.E.M., Travis, The Rolling Stones, Muse, The Prodigy, Paul McCartney, Snow Patrol, Jay-Z, Coldplay and The Strokes are among those to have topped the bill at the festival in the last ten years.

This year's headliners were Kings Of Leon, Foo Fighters and Kasabian.

VF's Neil Stone gave the festival a 9/10 review earlier this summer.

Isle of Wight Festival 2012 will run from 22–24 June at Seaclose Park, Newport, with the festival having moved dates to what is traditionally Glastonbury weekend, with that festival taking a year off in 2012.

With presale tickets having sold out, general sale tickets are expected to go on sale later this month, with an Adult Camping ticket set to cost £190 (plus booking fee).
