Reading and Leeds Festival 2012 tickets on sale 2 Dec

Pre-sale tickets will cost around £200 for the weekend

Both events will return from 24-26 August.

According to Ticketmaster, Reading 2012 tickets and Leeds 2012 tickets will range from £199.50 (£192.50 Ticket plus £7.00 Fees) to £200.50 (£192.50 Ticket plus £8.00 Fees).

No acts have been confirmed for the Reading Festival line-up or the Leeds Festival line-up, but among the festival rumours are Foo Fighters, Green Day and The Prodigy.

Noel Gallagher is expected to perform as well.

Organisers traditionally name the majority of the line-up in March, which is shared between both events.

Vodafone customers can buy Reading and Leeds 2012 tickets 48 hours before the pre-sale starts.

Fans can buy theirs from 9am on Wednesday 30 November.

Last year Muse, The Strokes, Pulp and My Chemical Romance all performed alongside Beady Eye, Peter Doherty, Foster The People and many more.
