French metal festival announce first 2012 acts

France's leading metal festive, Hellfest, has announced the first wave of acts for it's festival in June 2012.

Lamb Of God, Blue Oyster Cult, Trivium and Hatebreed are amongst the first acts announced for the Hellfest line up in 2012.

Hellfest 2012 will take place at Val de Moine, Clisson, France from 15-17 June.

Children of Bodom, Dimmu Borgir, Strife, Monkey 3, Napalm Death, Orange Goblin, Avulsed, Darkspace, and Thou are all confirmed for the Hellfest 2012 line up.

More than 100 acts are to be confirmed for Hellfest 2012.

Tickets for Hellfest 2012 are on sale now until November 29 for an early bird price of 124 euros.
