Field Day 2012, Underage 2012 dates move

The Apple Cart 2012 dates switched due to Olympics too

All three music festivals usually take place at the start of August over the same weekend but with the Games heading to the capital next summer, organisers have decided to move the events.

They will all return to Victoria Park in East London with Field Day 2012 set to run on Saturday 2 June and The Apple Cart 2012 to take place on Sunday 3 June.

Underage Festival 2012 dates are yet to be announced.

Field Day 2012 tickets are on sale now priced £29.50.

Underage Festival 2012 tickets are yet to go on sale.

No acts have been confirmed for the Field Day 2012 line up, The Apple Cart 2012 line up or the Underage Festival 2012 line up.

A statement from the festivals said: “Due to the London 2012 Olympics, Field Day, Underage and The Apple Cart festivals will move to a new date for 2012.

“Field Day and The Apple Cart will now take place over the Diamond Jubilee, June bank holiday.

“More details about line-ups and Underage Festival to be announced shortly.”
