Freeze Festival 2011 snowboard and skiers announced

Big Air Specialist Wester, from Stockholm, won the International Ski Big Air at the Relentless Freeze Festival 2010 and
will return this year to compete against 31 of the worlds most prominent free-skiers.
Slovenian Grilc claimed first
place out of 68 snowboarders at the Big Air World Cup at Freeze last year, and will fight to retain his position as “King
of the Slope” at Saturdays event.
In addition to the main events, Relentless Freeze 2011 will
feature a “Battle of Britain” where domestic snowboarders and skiiers compete for the title of Best of British,
as well as “EU vs. the World” - a team event in which European skiers and boarders battle US teams.
Relentless
Freeze Festival 2011, which will take place on 28-29 October 2011, at Battersea Power Station is dubbed the UK's
only ski, snow and music festival.
It will feature a musical line-up across four stages, including Beardyman, Dub
Pistols, The Joy Formidable, Everything Everything as well as headliners Groove Armada and The Streets – in what may be their last ever London show - to accompany the numerous winter sports
events.
Relentless Freeze Festival 2011 tickets
cost £60 for an adult weekend ticket, with child tickets price at £28. Day tickets cost £37.
