The Vaccines - Leeds Festival 2011 review
'There's not enough material to stretch things out as far as we would love'

After the massive success of 'What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?', there was always
going to be a big crowd in the NME tent for the magazine's favourite new band.
As they plough through quick cuts
from their fantastic debut, latecomers can only look on at the screens outside the tent and regret queuing for that overpriced
kebab.
With a short set and not enough material to stretch things out as far as we all would love, it's soon time
for 'Nørgaard'.
"Thank you, there's a lot of you!" Then, for the phenomenal climax, lead singer
Justin Young rouses barrier-huggers into euphoria. Before long, the rest of the band join him and the show
is rounded off, leaving everyone wanting more.
