Noah And The Whale - Leeds Festival 2011 review
'When Charlie Fink starts handing out sweets, it seals the deal'

Graeme Johnston - 27 August 2011
7/10
More than just another chart bothering indie outfit, Noah and the Whale boast quality songwriting with a knack for blending in a touch
of class, be it bluesgrass influences, or ukelele and fiddle.
Best of all, their guitar led rock n roll is blessed
with a catchiness that you cannot help but love, that elevates them above the majority of forgettable acts that make up the
rest of the Radio 1/NME tent's bill.
Of course, everyone loves a good summer hit, and 'L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N' gets
everyone warming their vocal chords. When Charlie Fink starts handing out sweets, it seals the deal.
