Despite the spacious crowd, Hot
Water Music come out and hit a devoted crowd with some unhinged, stoner-driven punk rock that makes the relentless
Leeds Festival rain outside seem like a distant problem for others to worry about.
Short on the mosh pits the Lock
Up stage is renowned for, there is still more than enough horn throwing, fist pumping and bouncing to get the blood of a chorus-echoing
mob pumping.
Fast, relentless, passionate, the Gainsville rockers call on nearly two decades of experience tonight
and it shows.
"We cannot thank you enough for all your years of support," they announce before launching
into one last vicious blast.
