Opening with 'Only Girl In The World', the set was filled with rhythmic body popping, provocative dancing and electric
guitars to add to the rock festival feel.
As far as the crowd was concerned, she was the only girl in the world
as she had them enchanted by her chart topping hits and super energetic performance.
Girls and guys alike sung
along in awe with Rihanna's presence dominating the hour-long
set.
Kicking off a with bad ass rock sound, the live band switched to pay homage to her Barbadian roots, turning
the sound from rock to reggae running into 'Man Down', which ended with the sound of a dramatic echoing gun shot.
Keen perhaps to show her versatility, she also impressed by having a go on the drum kit.
As a few drops of rain
hit the crowd, Rihanna announced: “this one’s
for you UK,” and the beginning beat of 2007’s 'Umbrella' kicked in with to roars from the audience and umbrellas
being whirled around in the air.
