Wretch 32 bring Guilfest to life

Guilfest crowd come to life for his mid-afternoon main stage set.

Armed with two drummers and dressed in an all black adidas tracksuit, Wretch 32's timing couldn't have been any better - as the sun shone for the first time, reports Mel Lewis.

"I'm a UK rapper - is it ok if I rap for you a bit," he asked, before performing a 'freestyle' Jay-Z '99 Problems' and AC-DC medley.

A short set, but the rapper managed to squeeze in 'unorthodox', new single with Josh Kumra 'Don't Go' and a cover of The Scripts 'For The First Time'

Ending on 'Traktor', Wretch 32 made a swift exit, but left the Guilfest crowd much happier, and dryer.

The Noisettes, N Dubz and Razorlight are still to play Guilfest 2011 today.
