Tim Minchin to open Green Man 2011
Australian comedy maestro to play special Thursday gig

Green Man 2011 in Wales have announced flamboyant Australian comic Tim Minchin will open the festival with a special intimate Thursday night set.
The
comedian who will also play Reading and Leeds Festivals 2011 said; "People say Green Man is fantastic
and not overgrown and overblown. I'm in the States at the moment, playing smaller rooms with just me and my piano…and
loving it. I'm really looking forward to getting back to solo gigs in the UK."
Fleet Foxes, Villagers,
Iron and Wine, The Low Anthem and
Explosions In The Sky have all been confirmed
for Green Man Festival 2011.
Green Man Festival 2011 tickets
are available now with an adult weekend pass £135.00 (18 and over) and student tickets £115.
Organisers revealed tickets are close to sell out.
