Ke$ha's band matched the starlet's own glam-rock look and
seemed like they were having the time of their lives as they danced and ran around the stage.
Between cart-wheeling
across the stage and chugging beers, Ke$ha performed lively
renditions of her upfront pop hits, occasionally picking up a guitar to play a few chords, but just a few...
The
security had their work cut out for them in the Heieneken Green Spheres tent as fans got up to all sorts of moshpit mischief
for OFWGKTA (Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All - in case
you were wondering...). Tyler The Creator managed to thrash about the stage with a leg in plaster and crutches
as the rest of the group scaled the stage fixtures and ran around the pit to meet their enamoured fans.
Old-school
rock fans swarmed the main stage later in the day to see guitar God Slash
, who played an epic performance of classics including 'Sweet Child Of Mine' and 'Paradise City'. Slash was joined onstage by Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie for a couple of tracks, including Heart's
'Barracuda'.
Oxegen 2011 continues with
performances from Beyonce and Coldplay on the main stage this evening (10 July).
