Black Eyed Peas brought the first day of Wireless 2011 to a storming close tonight (1 July).

Topping the main stage bill, the US group played a set featuring several costume changes, robots and will.I.am DJing from a podium in a light-up blazer.

Confetti flooded Hyde Park as the final song 'I've Got A Feeling' got the whole audience jumping.

Michael Colley, 23, enthused "that's the best festival performance I've ever seen. will.I.am is the don."

Wireless Festival continues tomorrow (2 July) with headliners The Chemical Brothers.
