Chris Martin "persuaded Beyonce to do Glastonbury"
Emily Eavis says he talked her round...

The singer had been keen to play since husband Jay-Z's acclaimed headline slot in 2008,
but was apparently fearful of attracting the same backlash that the rapper had prior to his appearance, until her fellow 2011
headliner talked her round.
Speaking to the Radio Times, Eavis said: "Chris is a bit wary of people knowing he's been so involved. I don't know why because it's actually cool.
"Chris is as loyal as they come - he'll do anything for Glastonbury. He's really an unlikely frontman. Most people are a bit more all-consumed with their own thing."
Glastonbury 2011 runs from 22 - 26 June at Worthy Farm, Pilton, and is sold out. U2 headline on Friday, Coldplay on Saturday, with Beyonce rounding things off on Sunday night.
