With much of the 20,000 festival-goers there to watch, he initially appeared in a hooded coat at the back of the stage,
before exploding into life three songs in on ‘Wonderman’.
Giving new single ‘‘Til I'm
Gone’ it's festival debut, he said: "It's been a long time since I've played in Wales, so here's something new",
before instructing the crowd to "take as many photos as possible" during ‘Snap’.
Mindful
of this being his headlining festival slot, he prefaced ‘Invincible’ by telling the crowd they "meant more than
anyone will ever know."
Tinie dedicated ‘Miami 2 Ibiza’ to the “crazy motherfuckers being
carried over the barrier", before ramping up the crowd's intensity by finishing with his three biggest hits, ‘Written
In The Stars’, ‘Frisky’ and a furious ‘Pass Out;, blowing kisses to the crowd as he left the stage.
Beach Break Live 2011 continues
over the weekend with shows from White Lies, Magnetic Man and many more.
