Wireless 2011 to trial contactless terminals

Fans will be able to pay for food and drink without cash

Wireless Festival, held from 1-3 July in Hyde Park, is set to trial contactless terminals to pay for food and drink.

The service, provided by sponsors Barclaycard, is similar to the Oyster Card system and makes it faster for festival-goers to pay for food and drink.

The festival will be headlined by The Black Eyed Peas, Chemical Brothers and Pulp.
