Brian Wilson & BDB for 'Heroes and Villains' Festival

The Southbank festival that celebrates artists who are 'up close and personal' is to see a run of 6 nights by beach boy Brian Wilson and 2 performances by badly drawn boy, Damon Gough

The 'Heroes and Villains' Festival takes place between July 24 and August 7 at London's Royal Festival Hall. Brian Wilson, will play six nights (24, 25, 27, 28, 30 & 31). Following on from a hugely successful tour earlier this year he'll be playing songs from the 'lost' masterpiece 'Smile'.

Badly Drawn Boy will play two nights (Aug 6 & 7), while Spiritualized, Pere Ubu, David Viner, Air, Lee Hazlewood and Morcheeba complete the eclectic line up.

Spiritualized, Pere Ubu, and David Viner (Aug 1)
Air (Aug 3)
Lee Hazlewood, and Morcheeba (Aug 4)
