Strutting on stage, the Slough 6 piece were welcomed by huge cheers from the crowd.
Front man Lee Newell
asked the audience if they were enjoying the festival, reasoning "the sun's out and we're on stage."
Fans
reacted positively to singles 'Still Here' and 'Darling Buds of May', provoking Newell to describe his band's set as "like
a crispy shell, with the songs you know as the caramel centre."
Satisfied spectator Gavin Hartley, 22, said
"Brother were fantastic and totally lived up to the hype."
Evolution Festival continues today (28 May) with performances from Two Door Cinema Club
and Iggy & The Stooges.
