Mark Watson, more for Reading and Leeds
Ten new acts confirmed for Alternative Stage

Bristol born stand-up comedian Mark Watson has been
confirmed for Reading Festival 2011 and
Leeds Festival 2011.
He'll be joined
on the Alternative Stage over the August weekend of the two events by American rapper and poet Saul Williams who will be giving a spoken word set.
Irish
hip-hop comedy duo Rubberbandits, Mock The Week regular Seann Walsh and Al Pitcher have all
been confirmed for comedy sets on the Alternative Stage.
While The Petebox will provide beatboxing, Goldierocks the beats and at Leeds Festival 2011 on Saturday and Sunday Transgressive Records will also curate a night on the Alternative Stage.
Canadian stand up Craig Campbell, Tom Deacon, Late Night Gimp Fight, Josh Widdicombe, Steve Hughes, Marlon Davis, Brigitte Aphrodite and Popcorn Comedy have also been confirmed for the Alternative Stage.
Tim Minchin, Henry Rollins, Mark Thomas have already been confirmed for the Alternative Stage and join headliners My Chemical Romance, Muse, The Strokes and Pulp, plus many more at the two festivals.

Weekend tickets for either site are
priced at £192.50, with day tickets from £82.50.
Reading Festival 2011 will take place at Richfield Avenue, Reading, and Leeds Festival 2011 will take place at Bramham Park, Leeds from 26-28 August.
More festival-goers are travelling by coach to events because of its green credentials, it saves money on car parking and the coach drops ticket-holders closer to the campsite than any other mode of transport.
