Fat Freddy's Drop to headline Harvest Festivals
Futureheads also join the line-up - buy tickets!
Dane Cobain - 27 April 2011
New Zealanders Fat Freddy's Drop are set to headline both Harvest festivals with their only UK festival appearance of the
summer.
The food and music festivals take place
simultaneously from 9-12 September at Jimmy's Farm in Suffolk and Alex
James' farm in Oxfordshire.
The Futureheads are set to bring their eclectic sound to Oxfordshire, while Mumford
& Sons' club project Communion will be present at both
festivals.
Oxfordshire farm owner Alex James,
former bassist for Blur, said: “We’ll throw
open the farm gates for Harvest this September. My family are looking forward to a celebration of all our favourite things
- music, the farm and food. What more could we ask for!”
Weekend camping tickets are available at
£97.50 for the Suffolk event and £105 for Oxfordshire.
