What is it?
For those seeking an alternative to V, Rhythm Festival might provide the solace
they’re after. Offering a varied selection of acts that lean closer to the 1970s than the modern day, five arenas to
explore and enough real ale to stock Heartbeat’s Aidensfield Arms – it’s a far cry from processed beats
and colourful alcopops of these modern festival. There will also be a Therapy Zone, the Groovie Movie Picture Show, a Digital
Funfair, Panic Circus with a Kidz Area and Junior Olympics to wear out the little ones too.

The Wailers
The band that made Bob Marley big make
his live legacy live on through favourites like ‘3 Little Birds’, ‘Jammin’’ and ‘Soul
Rebel’.
Geno Washington
and The Ram Jam Band
Great American soul singer whose onstage personality is just as big as any of his tracks.
The Damned
The original punk band that refused
to flitter away when the rest of them did.

Weekend tickets are on
sale now priced at £95 for the weekend with additionally charges for camping. Child or youth passes

Swindon
Invincible 2010 – 21-22 August
What is it?
With two sell-out years already
behind it, Swindon Invincible certainly looks like it’s living up to its name. Going for the hat trick they’ve
enlisted a varied blossom of beats, blips and bass stars ranging from reggae and funk to hip hop and disco. Tucking itself
into the Old Town Bowl, there will be a natural amphitheatre for the main acts to sound their best and a slew of eateries
and bars to make sure the revellers are on top form too.

Dub Pistols
Reggae big beat band led by the insatiable whirlwind Barry Ashworth who
blast out original compositions alongside classic dub samples.
DJ Cybernetic History Of Hip Hop
What is says on the tin. Listen and learn.
Beardyman
Infamous beatboxer who isn’t adverse to a little bit of looping as his beefs up his vocal breaks with cheesy song
lines and samples.

Yes, passes are £35 for
the weekend or £20 a day.
