Breakfast In Bed at V Festival!

Last year, the Virgin Mobile Moto Angels orbited the site purveying priceless line-up info and even helped to pitch tents. This year, they’re delivering breakfast in bed to happy campers and taking your snaps to stick up on the main stage screens. Plus, the full lineup of acts will be available as ringtones for your phone. Whether it’s Morrissey or Faithless, you can call the shots and stick your own headline act on your phone. Here are a few more initiatives Virgin Mobile are offering festival goers...

Heavenly help
Back by popular demand this year are the Virgin Mobile Moto Angels. They’ll be on hand to help wheelbarrow your beer from the car park to the campsite. Plus, they’ll deliver breakfast in bed to happy campers each festival morning. 

Information and gossip straight to your pocket
If you’ve had your fill of trying to blag your way backstage, then let them bring the backstage gossip to you. Text YES to 80310 for free V Festival info and gossip alerts. Sign up costs 3p for Virgin Mobile customers and standard off-net text rate for everyone else.

Mobile phone services
Virgin Mobile airtime and mobile phones will be on sale at the Virgin Mobile Moto Funktour located in the arena. You can also ‘trial and dial’ from here – borrow a mobile phone for the weekend and only pay for it if you decide to take it home with you after V.

Nice bit of kit
Virgin's phone partner, Motorola, are giving away dozens of Motorola V3i M phones. The state-of-the-art phones holds up to 100 songs and allow you to take photos and send them on. What’s more it’s got a karaoke feature too and there's talk of a Karaoke - kebab van tie in, so you could find yourself warbling along to Kylie while you’re waiting outside the Donner van. Keep your ears peeled...

Personalise your phone
Make your phone your own with a new ringtone or Trutone (they’re the tones that sound just like your CD) We have the full line up of festie ringtones, from Mozzer to The Magic Numbers, Faithless to Fatboy Slim. And you can download them, no matter which network you’re with. Find out more here. 

Recharge points
Look out for the numbered recharge points across the site. You can plug in your phone and power up, no matter which network you’re with. Virgin Mobile Moto Angels will be manning the recharge points, all of them equipped to answer any festival questions, from where the nearest cash point is to what time the bands are performing.

Text the fest
You can text the fest and see your message up on the big screens either side of the V stage. It costs just 3p to text from a Virgin Mobile phone and standard network text rate for everyone else. Just save the correct number to your mobile phone in advance:

VIP service
If you're a Virgin Mobile customer, you can look forward to some right royal treatment, including a free beer or two and a kebab.
