LA ROUTE DU ROCK FESTIVAL 2008

Held in the romantic remains of a French castle in Saint-Malo, Northern France, the La Route du Rock Festival has annually brought a selection of pop, rock and electronic acts to the city for the past 16 years.

The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins and Portishead have all played in recent years so expect this year's line-up to be no different, with plenty of stellar acts.

Revellers can chill to down-tempo beats on the nearby beach during the day before grooving along to some of the world's biggest acts at night.
