About Italia Wave Love Festival 2009
In 2007 the Italia Wave Love Festival moved to the coastal town of Livorno, Tuscany after 20 years spent in the small town
of Arezzo where it forged a massive reputation for spreading love for music, youth culture and social values.
Four
stages are set to welcome once again a host of international stars along the lines of Gnarls Barkley, Sergent Garcia and The
Chemical Brothers who all played last year. The 'For Music Lovers' program will also put on show some of the finest Italian
talent currently out there.
Concerts are either free of charge or extremely cheap and with theatre, comedy, workshops
and other relaxing social areas there to give revellers a truly eclectic experience.
With Elettrowave, an electronic
music event and a surf & sport area for those with energy to spare it is hard to see where you can go wrong.
Various
hostels and hotels are available in the town of Livorno which is on the national Italian train network. Pisa Galileo Galilei
airport offers many European connections and is also well connected to Livorno by train.
